- 2½ cups (625 mL) water
- 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
- 6 cups (1.5 L) cauliflower florets (about 1 head)
- ½ medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves
Add the ingredients to the Deluxe Cooking Blender in the order listed. Replace and lock the lid. Turn the wheel to select the SOUP setting; press the wheel to start.
